You’ll have to contact Amazon support to close your account. However, they won’t immediately close your account if you contact them over the phone or online chat.
Why can’t I delete my Amazon account?
This feature wasn’t included in Amazon’s app, but it could be an option in the future. You can contact Amazon customer support team by calling 1-844-924-6229 or send email to AmazonContact@amazon.com.
