Do a Soft Reset/Reboot

If you’re having trouble connecting to your email server, try these steps first. It’s important to note that these steps won’t affect any saved information on the phone’s internal memory – so creating a backup isn’t necessary. After trying this, check and see if the error still pops up.
Email Account Removal
