We are aware of inactive users and will not delete inactive accounts. Inactive accounts are only cleaned up if you haven’t logged in for 4 months (for a player level 30).
Does MSP delete inactive accounts?
We will not delete inactive accounts but we can remove them from the system after 4 months of inactivity,
If you have not logged in for 4 months, then you can expect your account to be removed in the next period of time.
