First, you’ll need to open the Settings page in your Dropbox. On this page, you’ll see a lot of options. To change from business to personal, you’ll want to click on the Account tab.
Next, you’ll want to click on the “Change account type” button and follow the prompts. This process can take a few days and may require you to verify your identity by sending copies of your driver’s license or a bank statement.
In addition to changing the account type, you may also want to remove the business name from your Dropbox.
To do this, go back to the Settings page, click on Account Details and then click on Remove Business Name. Once again, this process can take a few days and may require you to verify your identity by sending copies of your driver’s license or a bank statement.
As soon as you make these changes, your Dropbox will be converted from business to personal and you can start using it for all of your personal needs!
