Select start, and then select settings. Under Accounts used by email, calendar, and contacts, select the account you want to remove. It should be removed immediately.
How do I close down an email account?
To remove the account you want, you will select the “Start” button at the top, then the “Settings” button, and then “Accounts”. And then select the account you want to remove in the email and contacts. Then choose “delete”.
