You need to renew membership fees for the next 9 months, if you want to continue with your membership. You can renew membership fees for a period of nine months, by going to my account page and clicking on “my stuff” > “my account”.
How do I cancel my Zipcar membership online?
You need to log into your account to find the Account Settings & Information page. When you’re at this page, choose Close my account from the second dropdown menu. Then, click Submit a request at the bottom of the page.
Can I cancel Zipcar?
You are able to cancel the reservation before the cancellation window closes by calling 866-4ZIPCAR. Should this time be outside of normal working hours, please leave a message and we will return your call with further assistance.
Does Zipcar affect credit?
No, it does not affect credit. It is only a car-sharing service.
Is Zipcar refundable?
Zipcar has a 30-day trial. You will get a full refund if you cancel during the trial period. On the other hand, you won’t be able to use the car for 30 days after you cancel.

There are multiple reasons an account is suspended. These include not paying off a balance for more than three weeks and being inactive for many months and using the service if you’re not a member. If you break the rules around something such as return dates, violating the contract terms, and many other cases your account may be suspended.
