To delete an old Fitbit device and add a new one, follow these steps: Make sure your old Fitbit device is synced to your Fitbit account. If you have more than one Fitbit device, you can choose which one will be default when you open the app. To do this, follow these steps: Open the Fitbit app and tap Account > DEVICE SETTINGS. Next, select your preferred default device.
The app will automatically open on this device when it is paired with Bluetooth and connected to Wi-Fi. If there is no default device selected, the app will open on the last device used by default.
How To Remove Fitbit Device From Account
If you want to remove a Fitbit device from your account, you’ll need to log in and go to the Devices page. From there, you can select the device you want to remove and tap “Remove.” If you’ve set up your Fitbit with Family Sharing, you’ll also have the option to remove it from the family group.
If you’re having trouble removing a device, make sure that you’ve updated the device’s firmware to the latest version. You can do this by opening the Settings menu on your Fitbit device and tapping “Download and install.”
If you have multiple Fitbit trackers, there may be an option to unpair them from one another.
