Select “Family Management.” Select “Uninstall.” Select “Confirm.” The PS4 System Restrictions screens will now pop up.

In the parental control menu, you’ll find the “Family Manager” setting which can be accessed by pressing the PS button on the controller, selecting settings, and then selecting parental controls.
In the new settings, select “PS4 System Restrictions” and enter the password.
