To remove your audiobook from your device, you need to go to your iOS device or Android device. Open the Audible app, then go to the My Library tab. Select Remove from device from the Remove from device menu on the device’s home screen.
Please note, you will need to download your audiobook again, even though you have already purchased it. A new copy is downloaded to your device.
