From your Iphone settings, click on “General”. Now click on “phone Storage”. You will see all the apps you have.Click the Talkatone: Free Texts, Calls & Phone Number app you want to delete. Select “Delete Talkatone: Free Texts, Calls & Phone Number” on the next screen and confirm delete.
Is Talkatone safe?

For any of you who don’t yet have a Talkatone number, you can get started with your free burn by going to the Settings page and pressing on the Flame button. This will bring up the Burn a Number screen where you may select the “Burn Now” option to use your free burn.
