Call Apple to Cancel AppleCare
To cancel AppleCare over the phone, you will first need to gather some information. You will need your name, address, email address, and phone number associated with your Apple ID. You will also need the serial number of the device that has AppleCare. Finally, you will need the original purchase date and proof of purchase for AppleCare.
Once you have gathered all of this information, you will need to call AppleCare customer service at 1-800-275-2273.
When speaking to the customer service representative, be sure to have all of your information ready.
The representative may ask you some questions to verify your identity and ownership of the device.
Once they have confirmed your identity, they should be able to process your cancellation request and refund any applicable fees.
Send AppleCare an Email
To cancel your AppleCare plan, you will need to contact Apple directly. You can do this by sending an email or by calling customer service.
When emailing, be sure to include your full name, address, and phone number so that they can verify your identity.
You will also need to give them the serial number of your device so they can confirm that you have an active AppleCare plan.

Cancel AppleCare on the Mac App Store

Cancel on the Music App
1. Open the Music app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the “More” tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap on “Manage AppleCare.”
4. Tap on “Cancel AppleCare.”
5. Enter your Apple ID password and tap “Confirm.”
6. Tap on “Yes, I’m sure” to confirm that you want to cancel your AppleCare plan.
Cancel Over a Fax Machine
To cancel AppleCare using a fax machine, you will need to have the AppleCare Agreement number and your personal information ready.
You can find the Agreement number on the upper-right corner of your AppleCare product box or on your receipt.
Next, find a fax machine and dial the following number: 1-800-692-7753. Once you are connected, enter the Agreement number followed by the pound sign (#).
Next, enter your personal information including your name, address, and phone number. Finally, enter the date that you would like to cancel AppleCare.
Press the send button on the fax machine and wait for a confirmation that the cancellation was successful.
Send Apple a Physical Letter by Mail
First, you will need to gather the following materials:
– A physical copy of your AppleCare agreement
– A pen or pencil
– A piece of paper
– An envelope
– A stamp
Next, you will need to write a letter addressed to AppleCare Cancellations at the following address:

The Different AppleCare Plans
