On the app, go to your profile and go to Account Settings. Tap on Privacy, then Blocked & Unmatched.

Does OkCupid delete inactive profiles?
OkCupid is deleting the profiles that have not logged in to the app for more than two years. Even if the profile has been deleted in their servers, it maybe still be on your device if you haven’t logged in to the app in the last 2 years.
Why did my messages disappear on OkCupid?
Messages on OKCupid can be deleted if the other user has not matched your profile, stopped communicating with you, deleted their profile, been banned from the site, or YOU have blocked them.
Why does a profile disappear on match?
After 18 days of not being able to contact your match, you will be considered to have deleted your profile. If you delete your profile without checking that your match has terminated their account, they will no longer be able to match with you.
Why can’t I see my matches on OkCupid?
If you are not seeing as many as you expected, check your Looking for settings. If quite limiting, you may need to expand it, and if you want to take another look for missed people, reset your passes (you can do so from your settings page under Privacy).
